In 1998 I took the excel girls basketball program and joined forces with the renounced NYC Gauchos boys organization and to give them a co-gender program that they needed to be a full fledge basketball program that serviced both male and female players in the tri-state area

I also worked at the New York Mayor Office of the Sports Commission  where I was involved in the INNER -CITY GAMES as a program coordinator where we provide Olympic Sports for 10,000 athletes in variety of sports at major venues across the city.  After 18 years of coach girls basketball I have been involved with help over 100 young ladies to received college scholarships to colleges  throughout the country.

Have coached and developed 10 professional female  basketball players who have played in Germany, Turkey, Spain, Great  Britian, Puerta Rico, Luthuania, Romania, France and Ukraine.
